Thank you to all those people who have handed in the forms, passports, EHIC cards and payments. If you have not yet handed in your Health form please do so asap, one is attached at the bottom of the letter in the link below. These should be handed directly to myself.
Additionally, I am still missing passports and EHIC cards. If you have not handed these in please do so as a matter of urgency as the passports are needed to book flights, a photocopy of both will be fine.
If you have not yet paid the first £160 please do so before the Christmas holidays. Please take directly to finance. If you are unsure how much you have paid please email me or ring the finance department. The final £400 is due by 18th April 2012.
