Welcome to the Science Department
Key Stage 3 Science
At Key Stage 3 all pupils follow the Exploring Science – How Science Works Scheme of work over two years and one term.
Key Stage 4 Science
At Key Stage 4 pupils follow one of three routes for GCSE; Single Science, Double Science (Core and Additional) or Triple Science (Biology, Chemistry & Physics). We follow the AQA examination board’s specification.
Key Stage 5 Science
At Key Stage 5 we currently run AS/A2 Biology (OCR Examination Board), AS/A2 Chemistry (AQA Examination Board) and AS/A2 Physics (Edexcel Examination Board).
